Refunds & Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day money-back policy on all of our products as set out in the below. To return a product under this policy the customer should:
- Email Dragonfly at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will send returns instructions on receipt of email.
If you wish to return an item that is not required please refer to the steps below. This guarantee is separate and in addition to any of the Consumer’s legal rights to cancel including the right set out in our Terms and Conditions.
The item must be in its original “as new” condition including instructions and accessories and also accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. We advise that the item should be sent recorded and insured as Dragonfly cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. The customer is liable to pay for return postage.
In line with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision to cancel within 7 working days from the day after the delivery of goods.
Return postage charges must be met by the Customer.
Should you have any query regarding the delivery of your order, this should be made to email@example.com within 7 working days from the day you placed your order.
Incorrect, Missing or Faulty Products
There is a one-year manufacturer’s warranty on all drones.
